With links from the MLS system, Realtor.com, Century21.com, Weichert.com, ColdwellBanker.com,Prudential.com,etc. We share our listings with our competitors so that your house can be found on searches of their websites. Maximum visibility!

2) A Premium 360 degree virtual tour photographed by a professional and linked to Realtor.com and the Garden State MLS.

3) 3x4 print ad for your house. I design and place this ad in the Daily Record. These are separate ads for your house and your house alone, not the ads stuck in the middle of hundreds of other homes within the corporate ads. I commit to 6 of these ads, which are run Friday-Saturday-Sunday, totalling 6 weekends of advertising. I'll do more if I think it's necessary. I'm not afraid to spend a big part of my commission getting maximum visibility for your home.

4) Custom designed full-color glossy brochures. E-mail me for a sample.

5) Full-color brochures mailed to everyone in your neighborhood. Maybe someone in the neighborhood has a friend or relative who would like to move in. Maximum visibility.

5) Gold post sign with night lighting that I install. Supplementary sign for open house and custom website.

6) Bi-weekly open houses advertised both in our corporate print ad and in your individual 3x4 print ad. I personally attend every minute of every open house. No assistants or subs.

7) Enhanced showcase listing on Realtor.com with multiple photos and links to your house website and virtual tour.

8) 24/7 availability. I expect you to call me whenever there is a question, night or day. That's what you're paying me for.
